Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. You will get refund in 3-4 working days. However, if your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.
Refund Policy:
We offer refunds for books that are damaged, defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect book, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will initiate the refund process. You will get refund in 3-4 working days after the order pickup.
To be eligible for a refund, the book must be returned to us in its original packaging, along with the original invoice. Once we receive the returned book, we will inspect it and process the refund.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for books that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the book.
